Is there a service call fee?
We quote a diagnostic visit fee that is typically applied toward the repair if you approve the work. You'll know the number before we roll.
Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
We prefer OEM or OEM-equivalent parts with solid warranties. We'll explain options when a factory part has a long lead time.
Can you repair built-in and panel-ready appliances?
Yes — built-in fridges, panel-ready dishwashers, and slide-in ranges. We protect cabinetry and work within tight clearances.
What if my appliance is under manufacturer warranty?
Manufacturer warranty usually requires an authorized factory tech for covered parts. We can still help on out-of-warranty failures, install damage, or non-covered issues. Bring your model/serial and any warranty paperwork.
Do you repair Sub-Zero and Wolf?
Yes. Sealed-system and pro-range work takes specialized gauges and experience — we handle diagnostics and repairs for Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, and Thermador platforms.
How long does a typical repair take?
Many repairs finish in one visit when parts are on the truck. Board, sealed-system, and special-order parts may need a return trip. We store your appointment priority.
Do you work in gated communities and high-rises?
Yes. Share gate codes, loading dock rules, or elevator reservations when you book so we arrive prepared.
Are your technicians background-checked and insured?
