Welcome to the website of Las Vegas Appliance Repair Pros (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using www.lasvegasappliancerepairpros.com and any related pages (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are & how to reach us
Las Vegas Appliance Repair Pros provides appliance repair services in the Las Vegas Valley. We book primarily by phone:

The Site is informational. Requesting service, scheduling, pricing confirmation, and work authorization happen by phone and/or written estimate and invoice—not by website form.
2. Informational content only
Blog posts, service descriptions, brand pages, pricing overviews, and FAQs are for general education about appliance symptoms and local service options. They are not a substitute for on-site diagnosis. Appliances, electrical systems, and gas appliances can be hazardous. Do not attempt repairs beyond your skill level. When in doubt, power down safely and call a professional.
We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Models, parts availability, codes, and manufacturer guidance change over time.
3. Service agreements control the job
Actual repair work is governed by:
- Verbal or written booking details when you call
- The diagnostic fee and scope disclosed before or at the visit
- Any written estimate you approve before parts or labor beyond diagnosis
- The final invoice and any warranty documents provided at completion
If these Terms conflict with a signed or approved service estimate/invoice, the service documents control for that job.
4. Quotes, diagnostics & pricing
Website pricing language (including “from,” ranges, or example fees) is illustrative unless we confirm a number for your address and appliance on a call. Diagnostic fees, trip charges, after-hours rates, and sealed-system or specialty brand work may differ. Parts prices fluctuate. You authorize charges only after we explain options and you approve the work, except for the disclosed diagnostic/visit fee when a tech is dispatched at your request.
5. Appointments, access & cancellations
You agree to provide safe access to the appliance, parking/gate information, and a responsible adult on site if required. Missed appointments, locked gates, or unsafe conditions may result in a trip or diagnostic charge as disclosed when booking. Cancel or reschedule by calling (725) 215-1313 as early as possible.
6. Warranties on work
Any warranty on labor or installed parts is as stated on your invoice or warranty card. Manufacturer warranties remain between you and the manufacturer. We are not a manufacturer and do not expand factory warranties unless expressly written.
7. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to harass our staff
- Scrape, flood, or reverse-engineer the Site in a way that harms availability
- Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting us
- Copy Site content for competing commercial use without written permission
8. Intellectual property
Site design, logos, text, and original graphics are owned by Las Vegas Appliance Repair Pros or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Manufacturer names and trademarks (Samsung, LG, Sub-Zero, etc.) belong to their owners and are used only to describe repair services for those products.

Links to third-party sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. Disclaimer of warranties (website)
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT REGARDING THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT.
11. Limitation of liability (website)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAS VEGAS APPLIANCE REPAIR PROS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATED TO SITE USE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). This limitation does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Nevada law, and does not replace warranties expressly granted on a completed paid repair.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Las Vegas Appliance Repair Pros from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Demo / placeholder contact details
If this Site still displays a demo telephone number (including numbers in the 555 exchange) or placeholder email, those details are for development only and must be replaced before paid advertising or public marketing. Do not rely on demo numbers for emergency service.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from Site use lies in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Consumers may have additional rights that cannot be waived.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service documents for a specific job, are the entire agreement regarding Site use.
